What should I wear?
Western wear is strongly encouraged.
DO I HAVE TO ENTER A CATEGORY TO ATTEND THE EVENT?
No. All guests make up the panel of judges determining the grand prize winners of each category.
Come prepared for a night of amazing food, cocktails and ceremony.

can i enter more than one category?
YES. For those of you who can spin magic in the kitchen, we encourage you to put your skills to the test.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
Prizes are secret, but the winners won't be disappointed.
how much SHOULD i BRING TO THE COOK OFF?
Small portions of each entry make up the meal for approximately 80-100 guests.
• Please provide 8 quarts (or the equivalent) of your chili.
• Side dish examples: 2 large salad bowls or 2 large pans of cornbread.
• Dessert examples: 2 sheet cakes or 3 pies.
WHEN AND WHERE SHOULD i DROP OFF MY ENTRY?
In the spirit of competition, participants shall remain anonymous. Please bring your entries to our secret back door, located on NE Glisan Street just steps away from the corner of NE 8th Avenue. Specific delivery instructions will be provided at a later date.
WHAT SHOULD I INCLUDE WITH MY ENTRY?
Your entry should come ready to serve in a pot, dish, tray, etc. For chili and other hot dishes, please bring a crock-pot or hot-plate. We can provide a hot-plate if needed.
All serving utensils, cups, bowls or plates will be provided by TF7.
WHEN CAN I RETRIEVE MY POTS, PANS, AND DISHES?
We’ll have your items ready for their safe return to you immediately following the awards ceremony.
Or you can swing by and get them the following week.
